India’s first solution driven ecosystem
Gambit Enclave is a unified platform operating at the intersection of legal education, career strategy, and digital growth.
Founded on a single observation made across boardrooms, law firms, Parliament, and policy institutions: the people who move fastest are not the ones with the most knowledge. They are the ones who understood the system earliest.
Built from
a pattern.
Gambit Enclave was not built from a business plan. It was built from a pattern recognised across every domain its founders have worked in.
Outcomes are rarely accidental. They are structured, anticipated, and executed with intent long before they are visible. That observation became the foundation of everything — and the reason our SDG alignment exists in practice, not just principle.
The gap is rarely talent. It is almost always clarity, timing, and access to the right thinking at the right stage.
Nihshank Upadhyay — Founder and ChairmanStructured programs that remove language and location barriers to quality guidance across India.
Career strategy built around sustainable, long-term professional outcomes.
Democratising access to system-level clarity that has historically been earned only through proximity.
One idea.
Applied
everywhere.
Every vertical, every program, and every client engagement returns to the same conviction: understanding how the world works is as important as understanding the subject you are studying. One gives you knowledge. The other gives you architecture.
Access without direction is noise. Direction without access is limitation. Gambit Enclave sits at that intersection — translating complex systems into usable clarity.
Gambit Enclave — Institutional PhilosophyWe teach how institutions think, how decisions are framed inside them, and how leverage is created without noise.

The practitioners
behind the platform.
Gambit Enclave is built and led by practitioners who have worked inside the systems they now teach. Each person below brings direct, active experience from the environments their students and clients are trying to reach.
"Every room I have sat in, with those who shape capital, those who shape policy, and those building quietly from first principles, has reinforced a simple truth: the gap is rarely talent. It is almost always clarity, timing, and access to the right thinking at the right stage."
Gambit Enclave was not built from a business plan. It was built from a pattern.
Across every domain Nihshank Upadhyay has worked in, law, public policy, branding, and strategic consulting, the same observation surfaced repeatedly: outcomes are rarely accidental. They are structured, anticipated, and executed with intent long before they are visible. The people who moved fastest were not always the most qualified. They were the ones who understood the system earliest, accessed the right thinking at the right stage, and had the clarity to act on it.
A JGLS alumnus, Nihshank gained early exposure to leading Indian law firms including Khaitan and Co., JSA, and IndusLaw, while simultaneously building and hosting one of India's leading legal talk shows, reaching over a million unique viewers each month.
His time as a short-term scholar at the University of Illinois deepened his engagement with international corporate law, arbitration, brand building, and negotiation. He has worked directly with billionaire families, Members of Parliament, public policy experts, and high-net-worth enterprises operating at a scale of Rs. 1,000 crore and above, not as an observer, but as the person at the table.
That proximity built something more than experience. It built a way of seeing: how decisions are framed inside institutions, how leverage is created without noise, how influence is sustained, and how the gap between knowing something and being able to use it determines almost everything. Gambit Enclave emerged from that seeing.
Today, Nihshank leads Gambit Enclave across its two verticals. Gambit Academy works with school students through the Foundation Program and with law students through the Flagship Program. Gambit Digital Strategy works with founders, public figures, and organisations on converting digital presence into measurable outcomes. He personally delivers sessions across both education programs, because he holds a specific conviction: that knowledge which changes trajectories should not be mediated. It should be direct.
Beyond Gambit Enclave, Nihshank leads the Hunger 2030 Project, collaborating with 80 to 100 organisations annually across 12 regions of India, an initiative that has touched over a million lives. It exists because he holds a specific view about leverage: that when it is built deliberately, it carries an obligation to be directed toward something larger than individual success.
Gambit Enclave is his attempt to do both, to give the next generation the system-level clarity he had to earn through years of proximity, and to build something that, in the process, actually matters.
"The most important thing I learned was not inside a courtroom or a classroom. It was the moment I understood that knowing the law and knowing how to use it are two entirely different things. That gap is exactly what we are here to close."
Ananya Mohindra did not arrive at the Supreme Court of India by accident. She built her way there, one deliberate choice at a time, through some of the most demanding institutions in Indian and international law.
A graduate of O.P. Jindal Global University with a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) and a distinguished short-term scholar at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Bloomington, she has trained at Khaitan and Co., JSA Advocates and Solicitors, and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, accumulating expertise across intellectual property, technology, media, telecommunications, and commercial law. She has stood beside senior advocates at the Punjab and Haryana High Court, served as Associate Consultant to Dr. Sasmit Patra, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, and today practises actively in Supreme Court litigation.
What sets Ananya apart is not the breadth of her experience alone. It is the way she carries it into a room. She does not teach the law as it appears in textbooks. She teaches it as it is lived, under real deadlines, in real files, with real consequences attached to every word drafted and every argument framed.
At Gambit Enclave, she leads the Foundation Program, the school-level education vertical designed for Class 11 and 12 students standing at the threshold of some of the most consequential decisions of their lives. She shapes the curriculum, architects the sessions, and holds the entire learning experience to the standard she holds herself: rigorous, applied, and honest about what the profession truly demands.
To learn from Ananya is not to receive information. It is to be handed a framework built not from borrowed theory, but from the texture of practice itself.
Precision and vision must coexist in the same breath. That is the only way consequential work gets done — and the only standard worth holding yourself to.
There is a particular kind of professional who does not wait to be handed a seat at the table. Archie Upadhyay builds the table. And then she makes sure everything surrounding it is worthy of the brands that gather around it.
As Innovation and AI Product Strategist at Gambit Enclave, Archie assists in the digital strategy vertical end to end. She builds websites, creates and manages brand communities, drives marketing collaborations, integrates AI into the organisation's content and product workflows, and leads the execution that turns brand vision into visible, measurable presence. She does not theorise about what a brand could be. She constructs it, layer by layer, from the ground up.
In parallel, she serves as Associate Product Manager at HCLTech, one of India's most consequential technology enterprises, where she leads strategic alliances with the University of Cambridge. That work demands the same qualities she brings to Gambit Enclave: an ability to hold the long-term picture while executing with precision at every stage.
What defines Archie is not any single skill but the rare combination of creative instinct and technical command.
